Note: Requests for access to edit the CMS (Umbraco) must be made by contacting the Digital Content Manager or Digital Content Producer at digital@scouts.org.uk. The digital team will then decide if access is required, and decide on the appropriate level of permissions. All users must receive one-to-one training before using the CMS.
Anybody with access to the CMS will need to have a basic understanding of SEO. An overview of this will be provided during your one-to-one CMS training with either the Digital Content Manager or Digital Content Producer. If you've got further questions or would like to know more, you can request further training by emailing digital@scouts.org.uk, where the digital team will happily go over SEO in more detail. There's also a handy SEO Guidelines document to remind you of some basic tips.
